Information you give us

When you submit the contact form, we process the name, email, optional phone number, and message you enter so we can reply. The form opens your own email app to send the message to us — nothing is stored on the website's servers.

When you book a call, scheduling is handled by our booking provider, where you enter your details directly.

The “rebuild this page” feature

If you type a short description of your business into the interactive statement, that text is sent to our AI provider to generate the personalized wording you see. We don't ask for personal data here and we don't need your name — a description of your operation is enough.

The generated result is kept only in your browser so the page stays personalized while you browse. A small counter cookie limits how often the feature can run, to prevent abuse.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting platform records the basic technical data needed to serve and secure the site.

• IP address and request metadata, used for security and rate-limiting.
• Your language preference, so the site loads in English or French.
• Aggregate visit statistics measured by Cloudflare at the network level — no advertising identifiers, no cross-site tracking, and nothing stored on your device.

Cookies and local storage

We use the minimum needed to run the site. This site sets no analytics cookies.

• Strictly necessary: a rate-limit cookie for the rebuild feature, your language preference, and a record of your cookie choice. Always on.
• Analytics: this site sets none. Cloudflare counts visits at the network level without cookies, so there is nothing stored on your device to turn off.

Who we share data with

We don't sell your data. We use a small number of providers strictly to operate the site:

• Google Cloud — website hosting and infrastructure.
• Cloudflare — DNS, content delivery, network protection, and cookieless aggregate visit statistics.
• OpenRouter and Anthropic — processing the text you type into the rebuild feature to generate copy.
• Cal.com — call scheduling, if you book.
• Your email provider — when the contact form opens your mail app.

International transfers

MShift is established in the United Arab Emirates and serves clients worldwide. The providers above may process data in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

How long we keep it

Because the contact form sends email directly from your device and the rebuild result stays in your browser, we hold very little ourselves. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Provider logs follow each provider's own retention.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights:

• In the UAE, rights under the Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) apply.
• In the EEA or UK, GDPR / UK GDPR rights apply, including access, erasure, portability, and objection.
• In California, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know and delete — and we do not sell personal information.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS and we limit what we collect. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The date above shows the latest version; material changes will be reflected here.
